The Granary is one of my favorite places to go!! The furniture and gorgeous decorations are over the top in beauty and quality. Last week, I took my 92 year old mom in the Granary as she loves their merchandise also. She’s limited in her mobility, but the staff just rolled out the red carpet for her and she had a terrific shopping experience. They were even so sweet to send with her a piece of pie for her to enjoy later!!Thank you,Karen Fenstermaker

Bought one of the wooden swingsets similar to a display model, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! The Amish guy and gal who assembled it, configured it exactly how we wanted it, and boy were they a team. They had the whole thing put up in about 45 minutes, even staked down. They were super polite, and professional! My kids were playing on it that day, and will have many years of enjoyment from it. All of the attachments are very good quality, better than the box store stuff we looked at first, glad we went with this one. Thanks again!!

Diane from the Granary came to my new empty office, took pictures and measurements, and talked with me at length to figure out my style and my needs. Then she came back to me with an AMAZING proposal for custom built furniture to fit my office and my personality. The result was OUTSTANDING. It's not only good looking, it's extremely well built. I get compliments all the time on my office furniture, and I'm thrilled that I bought from the Granary!

After calling to check on the price of a specific piece of furniture and driving for 30 min to place the order they informed me that they made a mistake and that the price is 4X the one I was told over the phone. Even after offering 15% discount the price was more than the one I received from Amish stores in Columbus, OH. This store is at least 20-40% more expensive than any other Amish store in the area.In a nutshell: overpriced and poor customer service.

After driving two hours today January 4th to visit this store, I find they are closed for inventory. It would be very helpful to your customers if you updated your hours on your website.

I went in there this past week looking for a chair, so I found one and purchased the chair. A few hours later I received a phone call saying that I couldn’t buy the chair without buying the ottoman, and they wouldn’t give me a deal on the ottoman that I did not originally want. They made me come back in, and told me I was not allowed to buy the chair. I received the refund, however, this was extremely unprofessional.
I visited the store early Oct when all accessories were supposed to be on sale, big sign out front.I picked out two pillows and had them on the counter to pay. I went to my car to get my purse and when I came back in, the lady said , " Oh I just found those are not on sale." so I left without the pillows. Previously I have purchased many things there and have always been happy. This was a one time experience because before I Thought they were great. Love their decor, Christmas trees etc,
